Way to use that VIC card!!

I had a very cheap and free time at Harris Teeter today! The manager actually had to be called over to approve my transaction because I spent less than my VIC card savings. I spent $83, but saved $86 (so, yes, I still qualified for week one of the luggage giveaway). Run, don't walk, if you like shrimp. Right now, frozen raw shrimp which is normally $26 a bag, is buy one, get two free. Quite the savings, and a huge driver in my massive savings today. I felt quite accomplished as I walked out of the store having used fabulous grocery shopping skills!
